MIRACLE PAINT

MIRACLE PAINT — Selected events

MIRACLE PAINT is a Japanese peel-off face and body paint run by POOL. You draw with your fingers and simply peel it off afterwards, no water needed. It has been used at sports events, festivals, expos, shopping centres, hotels, corporate family days, schools and care facilities.

FIFA WORLD CUP 2026

Public viewing: 100 faces in 90 minutes

At a sports bar in Kanazawa, Ishikawa, we painted fans for three Japan national team matches. TV and newspaper coverage and social media posts piled up and brought people back for the next match.

ITF BEACH TENNIS 2026

Beach paint that stands up to sweat and seawater

At the Miura Open, an international beach tennis tournament, players, spectators and exhibitors alike were painted across the venue. As a next step, the organiser is looking at using it for sponsors’ brand experiences.

CORPORATE · 2018–2025

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Japan family events

Every year from 2018 to 2025 we planned and ran the venue staging and parent-and-child workshops. We have also run family events for Yahoo Japan, L’Oréal Japan, Sony Group and Nomura Research Institute, among others.

CAR · 2019

Tokyo Motor Show 2019 “FUTURE EXPO”

A special exhibit offering recreation that lets visitors experience the future: car painting on a specially built vehicle, plus face and body painting.

CAR · 2019

BMW at Tokyo Midtown

One-day car painting alongside the display of the new BMW 1 Series. Children kept coming until closing, and the car body was restored to its original state in about 20 minutes afterwards.

LEISURE · 2016

Snoopy Museum Halloween

All museum staff greeted visitors wearing face paint. Because the paint was co-developed with dermatologists, staff concerned about their skin said they felt comfortable using it.

LEISURE · 2016

Toba Aquarium

Staff took a training course and became painters. A capsule-toy style format, painting while talking about the animals, proved popular, and the easy clean-up was appreciated.

LEISURE

Grinpa amusement park “Miracle Paint Challenge”

Visitors in costume got one free go. 700 people took part (500 in costume, 200 others), helping to draw more visitors.

SPORTS · 2018

IBSA Blind Football World Grand Prix 2018

For a sport where vocal cheering is restricted, we proposed “silent support”. Player escort kids enjoyed “certain victory” paint, and sales exceeded expectations.
